Impatiens

40x60cm, Gouache

It was fun to learn English translation for this flower's name. Impatience is exactly the right word to describe the behavior of this little nature's miracle. I do not know where it finds energy to bloom non stop all over the place. So beautiful, it lives on the balcony to give pleasure and joy.

My colors are juicier than painting's photo conveys, anyway they are much more weak than variety and life of the original. Please enjoy:

  1. I like your impatiens. The picture you showed are called New Guinea Impatiens which are bigger and, I think, hardier that the regular impatiens.
